Executive Team
Prior to and concurrent with Bodega, Steve was a Venture Partner at Outlook Ventures and held various financial management positions at Bay Logics, Digital Microwave, and Arthur Anderson. Steve is currently on the faculty at San Jose State University, teaching Entrepreneurial Finance, and a member of the Steering Committee for the Silicon Valley Center for Entrepreneurship. He is also an active angel investor and on the board of the Sand Hill Angels.
Steve earned an undergraduate degree in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA. He is also a licensed CPA.

Stephen Guerguy has been leading the Entrepreneurial Society since January 2010. As a newly minted president, his goal has been to bring together the engineering and computer science majors at SJSU with the business majors of SJSU through the Entrepreneurial Society. Meanwhile, he is completing his business degree in Finance at San Jose State University and expected to graduate Spring 2011. When not studying or working towards the next big idea, you can find Stephen riding one of his mountain bikes, camping, golfing, or really anything outdoors. An attempted philosopher of life, Stephen has summed up his in a brief and powerful statement; “Anything that is worth anything will not come easy.”
Michael led ES for two years until recently of Spring 2010. During this stage of Michael’s long-standing entrepreneurial life, his most recent entrepreneurial endeavors have been as a recruit to set up a sales division at local venture-backed semantic search start-up “TextDigger,” and as the marketing director of his start-up team’s open mic café. “Café Lift” (www.cafeliftsj.com) has an innovative, non-profit, internationally extendable business model that provides a local café scene for musicians, singers, songwriters, dancers, poets, writers, storytellers, and artists to share their art weekly at an 18 years old+ venue that also organizes quarterly events to raise funds and awareness to fight human trafficking. Michael is the first SJSU student to switch his major to Bus Administration’s brand new Entrepreneurship concentration, and will graduate with his bachelor’s degree in the Spring of 2010.
Wil joined the Entrepreneurial Society over the 2009 summer session, he will process expense reimbursements and assist other Board members, when possible. He brings 5+ years of real world corporate accounting experience to the executive team. He is also co-founder/CFO of Silicon Valley’s E3 Council, a non-profit that raises funds to install Photo-Voltaic units on local schools and further grow the green markets. He enjoys spending time with his fiance and 2 dogs. His passions are political accountability, social responsibility and NFL, Go Niners! He plans to start his own Sustainability & Efficiency Consultation firm upon graduating from SJSU with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship.
Kevin Yasatis has been an officer of ES since 2009, and recently moved into the role of VP of Operations this semester. A native of Merced, Kevin will be graduating next Spring with a BS in Finance, minor in Economics. If you don’t find Kevin on campus planning events for ES, you’ll find him traveling throughout the California coast.
Travis serves as VP of Technology managing ES’s online and social media presences. He is also Founder of Universal Collaboration, Inc. which is currently researching ways to improve public opinion and advance human intelligence. Travis’s passions are within the intersection of technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship. His main focus areas are in the emerging fields of mobility, collaboration, and new media. Travis will be graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems in Spring 2011. Nasim Ghanadan serves on the executive board of the Entrepreneurial Society as Chief Financial Officer overseeing accounts, fundraising, strategic partnerships, and financial proposals. She is currently pursuing a B.A. degree in Economics from San Jose State University, specializing in Urban Development and Commercial Real Estate Appraisal with minors in Middle Eastern Studies and Italian. Nasim’s passions also include family, photography, finding untouched land, designing skylines, philosophy, social entrepreneurship, Project Farasha, travel, food, love, and life.
